There’s been a prolonged professional and personal conflict between the Sales Department Head and the accounting department. Employees from both divisions keep sabotaging each other's work, resulting in emotional verbal skirmish. Naturally, the conflict participants are constantly complaining to the CEO and demanding the other party be fired. During the latest confrontation, an accountant splashed water in the Sales Department Head’s face. The CEO called both to his office and demanded an immediate reconciliation. The Sales Department Head furiously exclaimed:
