Duty of art

A European Activist posts four billboards with an antiwar message in the capital city. They show photoshopped pictures of the nearest buildings destroyed by war, which shocks townspeople.Some find the billboards thought provoking, others - harmful to the city’s image. The Mayor considers them inappropriate: the ongoing war emotionally damaged people enough.
